PonyEx will collect the fare from the customer on your behalf. You will receive this fare less a service fee paid to the PonyEx for facilitating the delivery. All tipswill be processed by our system but aren’t subject to the service fee and will go directly to you. PonyEx will reduce its service fee when you achieve certain benchmarks.
The Service Fee Reduction Bonus calculation may comprise of average star ratings, number of positive reviews, referrals, punctuality, completed deliveries and number of times a driver has been favorited. You will also receive a percentage of your referred driver’s service-fee reduction bonus.
